The JMC community film fans each turn their attention to the best films of the year at the prestigious Martini Film Awards. This special awards night celebrates the hard work and dedication of our JMC film students throughout 2021. During the evening, you will view a selection of the very best films in multiple categories including short film, documentary and graduating student films. The rush, the thrill to have your name in lights, makes it all worthwhile in the end! Join us in celebrating the talented work of JMC Academy's students at this prestigious event.

Note: Some films shown at the Martini Film Awards will hold an MA 15+ rating.

Getting There

Parking
There are a couple of car parks available for use by Library attendees, we have a car park directly under the building (this is a smaller car park) and another one under the art gallery (this is quite large). Both these car parks can be accessed from Stanley Place via the Cultural Centre Tunnel. Click here for more info.

Public Transport
The State Library is a short walk from both the Cultural Precinct Busway Station in Melbourne Street and the South Brisbane train station at the corner of Melbourne and Grey Streets.

The closest CityCat and City Ferry terminals are located at South Bank.
