JMC Academy together with Laneway Festival Co-Founders present: The secret of longevity in the live music and events industry!
Join music industry legends and founders of Laneway Festival, Danny Rogers and Jerome Borazio, in an exclusive conversation with AWMA Journalist of the Year (and JMC educator!) Jane Gazzo. Hear all about their approach to work, how they discover new talent, and build remarkable events from the ground up. Learn about their biggest career highs and lows to date and how they test out new ideas and more.
This will be a one-off event held exclusively in JMC Academy’s Melbourne Auditorium (and live-streamed to our Sydney and Brisbane Auditorium's) on Tuesday, November 28 from 11.30am AEDT. Spaces are extremely limited, so make sure to RSVP now to secure your spot!
Learn More About the Co-Founders of Laneway Festival:
Jerome Borazio |
Jerome Borazio is one of Melbourne's most successful and enigmatic hospitality entrepreneurs, as his experience in the industry is not only extensive, but wildly unique. He owned and operated his first hotel, The Wayside Inn, South Melbourne when he was just 19 years old, and has since owned a number of Melbourne's premier hospitality establishments including The Public Bar in North Melbourne, Fringe in Flemington and Soft Belly on Little Bourke Street. Jerome is also well known for creating one of Melbourne's most-loved bars, St Jerome's in Caledonian Lane. Jerome has an intimate understanding of the CBD area and a particular affection for the life and livelihood of its laneways. He is the co-founder behind the internationally recognised St. Jerome's Laneway Festival (currently in it's 10th year!), in conjunction with Chugg Entertainment.
