About the Event

JMC Academy are excited to invite you to RE:Write, an inaugural songwriting two-day event being held on our Melbourne Campus.RE:Write allows you to reimagine the industry of songwriting. This event is two days dedicated to songwriting, expect to experience live music, specialised masterclasses and exclusive industry insights. RE:Write will give you a backstage pass into the minds of some of the most influential voices within the industry. RE:Write is the perfect place for both aspiring and established songwriters to talk about their craft, get advice regarding their careers, and also hear from other leading industry professionals.

Tane Clarke

FTV Equipment Coordinator

Tane Clarke is a First Camera Assistant with experience working in all avenues of the Australian entertainment industry. He has worked on an ABC television series, feature films, advertisements and currently works for the NRL. Prior to JMC, Tane worked at VA equipment hire based in Fox Studios Australia as an Equipment technician. Here he gained extensive knowledge in camera technologies that he now passes on to JMC students.
