New for starting in 2025 and beyond: Year 12 QLD students looking to study at our Brisbane campus in our main February intake must apply via QTAC. Applications are expected to open early August 2024.
What is QTAC?
The Queensland Tertiary Admissions Centre (QTAC) supports the application and offer process for tertiary courses across leading higher education providers in Queensland and Northern New South Wales.
If you are a year 12 domestic QLD student looking to commence your studies with us in our February intake, you will need to apply to JMC via QTAC. The QTAC application system allows you to apply for courses at multiple universities or colleges using a preference system within one application.
If you are not a year 12 domestic QLD student or are looking to apply for a June or September intake, you may apply directly through JMC here. You can find our entry requirements here.

Can I still apply directly via the JMC website?
For those looking to start studying in February, you may submit an application directly via the JMC website, this will allow us to attend to other areas of your application sooner such as the interview/audition and help ensure your QTAC application is correct for study at JMC. Please note, you will still be required to submit an application via QTAC.
Can I still receive early admission?
JMC’s Early Entry program is available for students in Year 12 looking to secure their place at JMC, before their final exams. With our Early Entry Program, you can complete an early interview with one of our student admissions advisors and find out more about life at JMC, whether we'd be the right choice for you, and receive a conditional offer for 2025.
What if I'm not a QLD year 12 student?
Only QLD students in year 12 looking to study in our February intake need to apply via QTAC. All other future students must apply via the JMC website.
